A Network for Open – Why and for Whom?
This session will explore challenges and opportunities relating to network activity in ENCORE+, which used a novel approach to community building and stakeholder exchange. We will present research on understanding drivers, barriers and enablers relating to innovation with open educational resources.
A critical reflection on the ‘Circles’ approach to networking will explore its advantages and disadvantages within the context of the ENCORE+ OER Ecosystem model and relative to the interests of different stakeholders.
